"Affa chithy trou7oun wtkhalouna?" The creepy guy said, following us outside with his friends.
"Agoul 7amoud , dig 3al rabi3 khal eyoun eshoufoun hal makhaga." He said coming closer towards us.

We started walking really fast, losing track of where we're going, until we reached a dead end, our backs against the wall.

"El7een btsawoun ely bgoulkum 3alaih wntaw sakteen wla shloun?" He said , pulling out something out of his pocket .

I started sobbing so hard. I couldn’t think straight. I gripped Jouri’s hand and started praying silently.

He pulled out a sharp blade and started walking towards us.

“Intay.” He started off , sliding his blade through Jouri’s hair. “Btyeen wyay.” He continued.

Without thinking , I kicked him and started running with Jouri behind me.

Shit.

A big black wanait stopped in front of us. We slowed down and two of the guys caught up with us and gripped our arms.

One of the guys, the creepy “leader” I might say, cut my arm and then shoved us in to the wanait.

Jouri started crying even more and I was trying to stay strong and think of a plan to get us out of the wanait. The guy at the front seat got out of his car and started talking to the creepy guys. A few minutes later, he came back and started the engine and he drove off.

After a few rounds of rotating around the man6aqa he took us to McDonalds and the guy suddenly stopped driving.

“Nizlaw bsir3a gabel la a7ad yshofkum.” He said.

“Shino?” Jouri asked surprised, looking at me.

“Nizalw bsir3a” the guy yelled opening the locks.

I was too shocked and terrified of what just happened to even think or respond, I motioned to Jouri to get out the car, and we both did so.

As we got out of the wanait, we ran to the McDonalds parking lot.

The four guys were gone, no one saw us.

Jouri bumped into the back of some guy ,we were scared that it would be one of the creepy guys.

“Shfeekom tabchoon?” The guy turned around, and asked us surprised.

It was Hamad.

Hamad goes to our school and he also is a friend of Rakan and Yousef.

We couldn’t answer him we were still very shocked. But so relieved that it was him. He held my shoulder and started shaking me.

“FAY SHFEKOM?” He started yelling.

“Kanaw bybogona” Jouri told him.

“SHINO? SHLON?MINO HATHAYLA?” He was yelling at us.

We told him the whole story and he waited with us until the driver came and picked us up.

We didn’t go to school on Sunday we were still traumatized. We didn’t tell anyone what happened, not even our parents, Hamad was the only one who knew.

On Monday we were sitting with Rakan and Yousef in our regular lunch spot as Hamad approached us.

“Shlonkoom Fay ou Jouri 3ogob youm el khamees?” Hamad asked , concerned.

“Zaineen el 7imdilla” I told him.

“Laish sh9ar youm el khamees?” Rakan asked confused.

“7a9al khair. ” I replied.

“La goulaw sh9ar?!” Yousef shouted, he was a bit hot tempered.

Jouri told them what happened and they were both furious why we didn’t tell them earlier or called them for help.

“Khala9 3ady al7een 6af.” I said

“Shino 6af 7imday rabich hatha nazalkoum chan al7een ma7ad yadry 3ankoum ma 3arftaw mino hathayla?” Yousef almost yelled at me.

I was about to answer him when I saw someone familiar.

I knew that guy …
